Terms of sale
A short, honest summary for the RC1 private pilot. The final terms of sale will be drafted with legal review before public launch.
Licence
EduNova is GNU GPL v3 or later. You may use, modify, and redistribute the source code under the same GPL terms. The licence fee you pay covers support, updates, and the installation service (if purchased) — not a proprietary licence.
Per-site tiers
Each tier corresponds to a level of support coverage:
- $99 single-site — supported on 1 production Moodle site (staging / dev / test sites against the same install count for free).
- $199 three-site — supported on up to 3 production Moodle sites.
- $499 enterprise — supported on unlimited Moodle sites within a single organisation.
GPL allows redistribution on more sites than your tier covers, but doing so is outside the support agreement.
Refund
14 days from purchase, no questions asked. Full text in SUPPORT-AND-UPDATE-POLICY.md in the documentation pack.
Support SLA
3–5 business days response time during the first year (included with purchase). 1–3 business days after a $49 / year renewal. Full scope and exclusions in SUPPORT-AND-UPDATE-POLICY.md.
Updates
1 year of updates included from purchase date. Bug-fix and compatibility updates as needed; feature updates roughly every 2–3 months.
Trademarks
"EduNova" is a name used by the owner for this Moodle theme product. "Moodle" is a registered trademark of Moodle Pty Ltd. EduNova is not affiliated with Moodle Pty Ltd.
Status
This page is a placeholder draft for the RC1 private pilot. The owner will finalise commercial terms (jurisdiction, dispute resolution, VAT handling, payment-processor specifics) with legal review before public launch.
